At The Little Barn Small Animal Boarding we reserve the right to refuse your pet that shows any signs of illness, disease or injury
Any existing medical conditions must be discussed before your pet stays with us . If they do have any medical conditions/injuries please provide all information of their condition and any treatment required when filling out the booking form. The Little Barn Small Animal Boarding takes no responsibility for pregnancy as animals are housed adequately.
If your pet was to become ill whilst staying with us we will inform you our your emergency contact number immediately. However if we are unable to contact you and your pet does require veterinary attention we will transport them to our local vet which is only a five minute car journey. If there are any treatment costs they will be charged to you as the owner of the animal which will be registered and treatment to your name and address.
If your pet was to pass away we will contact you first then your emergency contact if there is no first response to discuss your wishes for your pet. The Little Barn Small Animal Boarding accepts no liability in the unlikely even this may happen.
All payments must be made in full on or before the day of arrival.
The daily rate includes the day your pet arrives to us and the day that they depart no matter what time in the day it is. Time of arrival and departure must be given when booking. If you cannot make the collection/departure time please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to arrange another time suitable. You may be charged a late fee. If you do not collect your animal on the day stated you will be charged a fee of £8 for every day you are over. If you do not collect your pet within 14 days without any contact we have the right to try and rehome them.
The price includes bedding,hay,toys, grooming and fresh vegetables.
If you collect your pet before the original day given when booking with us you are liable and will still be charged the full boarding costs.
If you have bonded pets which are sharing a hutch and we have to separate them due to fighting then you will charged the extra accommodation fees.
Vaccination cards for rabbits will be required for mxyomatosis RHD1 AND RHD2. PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE TWO SEPARATE VACCINES.
