Privacy Statement

At The Little Barn we take our privacy very serious. On the 25th May 2018 Data Protection Laws changed. We have to make you aware how we store your personal information. Your data/information that you provide to us is what you fill in on our paper booking form. Once the paper record is filled in it is stored in a locked filing system. All of your personal information/contact details are held unless you do not use our business for three years then they will be destroyed. You may also ask for your personal information/contact details destroyed at any time. We do not record any clients personal information on an electronic database. We may use your information to get in contact with you about your pet, remind you of appointments. Without your personal information/contact details we cannot process a booking.

If you email us and give us any personal/contact details, your information will be printed off and stored away in our locked filing system. Emails will be deleted after 12 months. We will never make your personal information/contact details available to anyone out within The Little Barn Small Animal Boarding unless we are having to get your pet Veterinary Attention which we are obliged to do by law.
